Jonathan is Deputy Head of the Department of Management at Sheffield Business School where he lectures in the areas of Quality Management, Supply Chain Management and Logistics. He carries out research in the area of retail returns with colleagues from the University of Sheffield.  He specialises in working with companies to develop a greater understanding of the size of the problem in monetary terms and to develop tools/ techniques that will help them understand and tackle reverse logistic related issues. Jonathan is also the co-chair of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport’s (CILT) Retail Forum.
