Timo Worrall is the founder of arvosta, a supply chain consultancy that helps companies maximize both business and social value through procurement. With extensive experience in responsible sourcing, Timo led Johnson & Johnson’s Supplier Diversity & Inclusion Program, achieving significant international expansion and recognition. Timo has driven innovative category strategies in facilities management, using collaborative contracting models to deliver mutual value to buyer and supplier. Prior to J&J, Timo spent 14 years in the airline industry, working across project management, operations, and finance. Timo holds an MBA from Cranfield University and a BSc in Transport Management from Aston University.
