Dr Esyin Chew is the Director of EUREKA Robotics Centre with 80+ service and healthcare robots, one of the 11 specialist robotics centres in the UK for research facilities. She is a Reader in Robotics and Educational Technologies, recognised by UK & Welsh Parliament as “Expert” for AI and COVID consultation, a keynote speaker in many international conferences and seminars in robotics and EdTech. Esyin has led millions pound of government and industrial funded projects in the UK, EU, Australia and Malaysia, including the recent success of a thoughtful integration over 14 cutting-edge healthcare robots in hospitals, care home and universities with machine learning capability, funded by Welsh Government, British Council and the Alan Turing Institute.
